Queuedash organizes work by team → project → environment → queue.

Roles

  • Owner: Everything, including billing and roles
  • Admin: Manage projects/environments and invites
  • Member: Manage queues and alerts
  • Viewer: Read-only

Invite teammates

  1. Open Team Settings
  2. Click Invite member
  3. Enter an email and pick a role

Organize projects

  • Projects group related queues
  • Environments (dev, staging, prod) sit under a project
  • Queues are attached at the environment level

Access control tips

  • Keep prod access limited to Admin/Owner
  • Use separate API keys per environment
  • Enable PII redaction in prod queues
