Teams

Collaborate with your team on queue monitoring.

Queuedash organizes work by team → project → environment → queue.

Roles

  • Owner: Everything, in every project and environment. Only owners can invite or remove members, change roles, limit a member to certain projects or environments, manage billing, and edit or delete the team. A team always keeps at least one owner.
  • Developer: Create and change projects, environments, queues, jobs, alerts, API keys, Redis connections, redaction settings, and the Slack connection
  • Viewer: Read-only

Invite teammates

  1. Open Members in the sidebar
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter an email address, pick a role, and click Create Invitation

Queuedash emails the invitation and also gives you a link to share. Invitations expire after 7 days. Your plan sets how many members a team can have.

Organize projects

  • Projects group related environments
  • Every project starts with a Production environment. Add others, such as staging, with Add Environment; your plan sets how many.
  • Queues, Redis connections, and API keys belong to an environment

Access control tips

  • To keep someone out of production, an owner can limit them to other projects or environments: Members → the member's menu → Manage access → Restrict access
  • API keys belong to one environment, so production gets its own
  • Redaction is on for new projects; review Redaction settings before sending production data
