Queuedash ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information (name, email address, password)
• Team and project information
• Queue connection details and configurations
• Billing information (payment details are collected and stored by Stripe)
• Communications with our support team

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our Service, we automatically collect:

• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
• Device information
• Usage data and analytics
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2.3 Queue and Infrastructure Data

We collect and store the following data to provide our queue monitoring services:

• Redis connection credentials necessary to access your queue systems
• Queue metadata, configurations, and settings
• Job payloads, status, timestamps, execution logs, and error traces
• Processing times, success/failure rates, throughput statistics

You retain full ownership of all queue and job data. We access this data solely to provide monitoring and management services as configured by you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information:

• With service providers who perform services on our behalf
• If required by law or in response to legal process

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

• The SDK sends job data to Queuedash over HTTPS, and we connect to your Redis over TLS when its connection URI starts with rediss://
• Redis credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, are never sent back to your browser, and are not written to our logs
• Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and passkey sign-in
• Role-based access: Owners, Developers, and read-only Viewers, with optional limits on which projects and environments each member can access

In the event of a security breach, we will notify you within 72 hours with details about what data was affected and steps we are taking.

6. Data Retention

Finished jobs are deleted automatically after your plan's retention period: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, and 90 days on Business.

We retain your other information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and update your account information
• Ask us to delete your account and its data
• Export your jobs as JSON or CSV
• Opt out of non-essential emails, such as onboarding reminders
• Object to certain processing of your personal data

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but some features may not function properly.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
