1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Queuedash ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Queuedash provides queue monitoring and management services for job queues. The Service allows you to monitor, manage, and analyze your queue systems through our web-based platform.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Your Responsibilities

Infrastructure Security

You are responsible for securing your own infrastructure:

• Securing Redis instances with strong authentication
• Using secure connection methods (TLS/SSL)
• Regularly updating your infrastructure
• Providing only minimum necessary permissions

Data Sensitivity

Job data may be visible through our Service. You are responsible for:

• Encrypting or masking sensitive data in job payloads
• Handling PII in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• Having the right to share any data in your queues

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Transmit harmful code or malicious software

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Provide accurate billing information
• Understand that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

6. Data Ownership

You retain complete ownership of all data processed through the Service, including Redis credentials, queue data, and metrics.

We will only access your data to provide and maintain the Service, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We will never sell your data or use it for our own purposes.

Upon account termination, we will delete all your data within 30 days. You can export your data at any time before deletion.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Security Incidents

Report security vulnerabilities to support@queuedash.com. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or compromised credentials. In such cases, immediately rotate your Redis credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Queuedash and protected by international intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queuedash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, unauthorized access to your systems, or data breaches from your infrastructure.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms and updating the "Last updated" date.
